As an approved customer or supplier, we have a central system that stores your data so that we can keep a record of whom we do business with and to ensure you receive the best possible service from us.

Who is collecting the data?
The employees at Snopake Limited will collect your data when you become an agreed customer or supplier.
Why is the data being collected?
We aim to deliver the best possible service to all customers. In the case of a repeat order or any enquires when you call our support team, we can pull up your details and ensure your query is dealt with as quick and efficiently as possible. We pride ourselves on our great customer service.
We may occasionally send you promotional offers, but this is to ensure you receive the best possible prices we can offer.
How is the data being collected?
The information you supply will be collected when you fill out our new customer form. Information is then gathered gradually through time, but rest assured, we only gather information which is needed by Snopake Limited to ensure your account information is up to date.
Who is the information shared with?
We do not share your information with any third party organisation. Snopake Limited takes our customers and suppliers privacy very seriously and will ensure that your data is protected. Only Snopake Limited employees will have access to your data and may share data with each other for day to day business use.
How we protect your data
We have an advanced security system setup in place to ensure your data is protected. We change our Administrative passwords frequently and have restricted access to our network drives which are all password protected, along with any shares and servers we have. All our servers, including our backup servers are firewall protected, along with our desktops/laptops onsite which are connected to our firewall system.
Any paper files we may have are filed securely and cannot be accessed by any member of staff without authorisation and the correct security key.

Access to your information
